The full administration system for Vaylo Studios. A Next.js web dashboard and companion React Native/Expo mobile app sharing the same backend, covering client management, project tracking, timeclock, invoicing, CRM, and team operations.
The Challenge
Running a software studio from a laptop meant juggling client records, invoices, project status, and team activity across disconnected tools. The team needed one unified system accessible from anywhere, both a powerful web interface for deep work and a mobile app for staying on top of things in the field.
Our Solution
Built a dual-surface admin system: a full-featured Next.js web dashboard for deep operations, paired with a React Native/Expo mobile app that connects to the same backend. Both surfaces share real-time data, so a note added in the mobile app instantly appears on web, and vice versa.
Results
All business operations now run from a single system. Client onboarding, project management, invoicing, and team oversight are handled from web when at a desk and from the mobile app everywhere else. Response times to new leads dropped, internal context-switching eliminated, and the whole team operates from one source of truth.

Changes on web reflect instantly on mobile and vice versa, both surfaces connect to the same backend with live data fetching and optimistic updates.
CRM & Lead Pipeline
Kanban-style lead management with client profiles, activity timelines, proposal builder, and status tracking from inquiry through close.
Project Management
Tasks, sprints, time tracking, wikis, and client-facing portals. A full PM system built into the admin with per-project billing and invoicing.
Push Notifications
Instant mobile alerts for new leads, invoice payments, client messages, and project updates, so you act on what matters without opening a laptop.
