Kickoff call

We meet (Zoom) to map your operation: workflows, team structure, current stack, what you want NeuralOS to surface. We come out of the call with a scoped statement of work and a deposit invoice.

Build sprint

Two-week build window. We deploy Pulse on your hub, configure custom NeuralOS modules, wire your strand templates and your team as agents. Daily updates so you know what we touched.

Handoff

Live session walking your team through the operator pane. You leave the call running Pulse natively. We stay on call for the first 30 days to tune modules based on real usage.
