We meet on Zoom to map the full operation — workflows, team structure, current stack, what NeuralOS needs to surface. We leave with a scoped statement of work.
Two-week build sprint
We deploy Pulse on your infrastructure. Configure your named avatar (color, workspace, cortex ingested with your operation). Wire your strands with your actual context briefs. Set up your team on federation if Standard or Pro. Daily updates throughout.
Handoff
Live session covering the 6 beats: operator badge, NeuralOS canvas, Brain recall, Deck strands, Team view (if applicable), and your first live strand run. You leave with everything running. We stay available through the support window to tune against real usage.
