Shipping Information

At 47 Industries, we're committed to delivering your 3D printing products safely and promptly. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and other important information regarding the delivery of your orders.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - $4.99 (Free on orders over $50)
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $9.99
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $14.99

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations:

• Standard International: 7-14 business days - Rates vary by location
• Express International: 3-5 business days - Rates vary by location

International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs office.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of payment confirmation. For custom orders and prototyping services, processing times may vary based on the complexity of the project.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Some products may be listed as pre-order or made-to-order. These items require additional processing time:

• Pre-Order Items: Typically ship within the timeframe specified on the product page
• Made-to-Order Items: Generally require 3-7 business days to produce before shipping

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress through our delivery partners' websites.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order (for in-stock items), please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to various regulations and logistical constraints, we cannot ship to certain international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

Additionally, P.O. boxes can only be used for Standard Shipping options. For expedited or express shipping, a physical address is required.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors or others at your address who may have accepted the package
2. Check any alternate delivery locations (front porch, side door, etc.)
3. Wait 24 hours as sometimes tracking can update before actual delivery

If your package is still missing after these steps, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of both the damaged packaging and products, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Digital Products

For digital products (STL files), delivery is immediate through our automated download system after payment confirmation. An email with download instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
