Physical Products

Digital Products

For digital products (STL files), payment is required before download access is granted. By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge that:

• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded
• Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You may not redistribute, sell, or share the digital content with third parties

Custom Orders and Prototyping Services

For custom orders and prototyping services, we may require a deposit before work begins. Prices and timelines for custom work will be agreed upon in advance and documented in a separate agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, logos, and other materials on our website are the intellectual property of 47 Industries or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, or share any content on our website (such as reviews, comments, or custom design requests), you grant 47 Industries a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our Services.

Digital Files

When you purchase STL files or other digital products, you receive a license to use the files for personal purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the digital files
• Use the digital files for commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Share, distribute, or resell the digital files
• Claim ownership or authorship of the designs

User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, such as viruses or malware
